The calculation of overtime varies from the type of industry and the culture of each company.
The ability to cater for the above is an absolute requirement
The system is designed based on table driven architecture.This architecture provides for :
Six day types (Normal day,Saturday, Sunday,Poya day, Mercantile, Company)
Five overtime categories ( OT1,OT2,OT3,OT4,OT5)
If the overtime has been performed before and or after the regular start and end times.
